Infrassistance has developed a model-based service called ValuITion to quantify real IT value, using the three core components: Requirements, Delivery and Perception, that allows you to start plugging these gaps.


The ValuITion service delivers a continuous optimisation process through a methodology called Value Quotient (VQ). This examines and adjusts the individual components of value in anticipation of changing requirements.

The ValuITion service comprises 4 major stages:

Analyse using the VQ Methodology and provide an easy to read report
2. Identify and evaluate opportunities to close the gaps and improve value:

Assess benefits and cost to deliver
Agree the value enhancement programme
3. Support delivery and value realisation:
Assist the client with programme delivery
Maximise opportunities for value delivery
4. Re-assess and improvement reporting:
Review value improvement achieved
