Geoff Pointon
Senior Consultant
Geoff is a Senior Consultant with Infrassistance and has over 20 years experience as an IT professional. He has worked across a number of industry sectors and has substantial experience working with global Mobile Services Providers, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals and within the Travel sector.
Prior to joining Infrassistance, Geoff gained a wealth of experience working in a broad range of consulting roles with tier-1 professional services organisations. He has played a key role in delivering large-scale projects throughout the full lifecycle. His experience includes defining the end-to-end architecture and the deployment of what was at the time, one of the single largest Microsoft Windows portfolio for a UK based mobile services provider, covering 14,000-users across the UK. He is an excellent project manager and technical lead and specialises in defining migration strategies for mission critical application services.
In addition to his technical and managerial experience, Geoff's key strength is his ability to think innovatively and recognise that IT solutions need to address both business and operational service issues. He has a track record of developing strong relationships with clients, vendors and teams at all levels, in order to architect and deliver complex solutions.
