How robust are your Service Management processes?  Infrassistance consultants conduct an assessment of your organisation’s Service Management processes based on the ITIL framework.  Our consultants have practical service management experience and include ITIL Examiners, Trainers and Authors – your guarantee that our recommendations are relevant and achievable.

In a workshop, we facilitate an in-depth analysis of your Service Management activities using a comprehensive and well-established methodology.  From this we produce:

  • A bespoke report on the strengths and opportunities of the current state with particular reference to your objectives
  • A comparison of your maturity values against best practice as exemplified by leading organisations

This approach is more effective at driving positive and lasting performance improvements than a simple process maturity assessment and gains more credibility with participants and stakeholders than the ‘Self-assessment’ approach.  The assessment can optionally incorporate introductory training in ITIL if attendees are not familiar with the framework.
